• The battery may be depleted. Please connect the charging cable and try again after charging.
• Check if the travel lock is activated. Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds to unlock.
• Wipe the liquid reservoir area and keep it dry.

• 6 sealing clips are included. Use the clips to quickly and easily seal the bag opening.

Why can’t it complete vacuum sealing?
• Make sure the bag is fully sealed;
• Check if the air valve is blocked by food. If blocked, use a new bag or clean it before use;
• Before starting, ensure the device is aligned with the valve and press gently to maintain a tight connection.
