How do I clean my electric can opener?
To clean your electric can opener, use a dry or slightly damp cloth to wipe the surface.
Do NOT submerge in water.
Do NOT place it in the dishwasher.
Water exposure may damage the internal components and affect functionality.

No, some cans remain tightly sealed due to vacuum pressure. Simply use a spoon or fork to gently lift the lid. The can opener only needs to cut once for a clean opening.

The can opener works with most standard cans. For small cans (under 3 inches in diameter), lift the bottom end slightly while pressing the start button to help it grip. Large cans and soda cans with sloped edges may not be suitable for this product.

How did you come up with the idea for this product?
It began as a family effort to help make life easier for Mama Ola, because she was having a hard time in the kitchen with her arthritic hands. After brainstorming through many ideas such as ergonomic cutting boards and star-trek style utensils, we settled on a cordless electric can opener because that was the most difficult task for her.
